Hello Team!
Congrats on the win this weekend! It was a little closer than I expected it to be but I will get feedback from the team to see where we excelled and where we struggled. But a win is still a win in my book. The girls are beginning to show signs of figuring out how to win which is great. That shows whether they play good or bad they still know how to take care of business.
This weeks training schedule is as follows:
Monday: 7:00-8:30pm (Discovery Park)
(Note my 02s play at 5:45, Girls will need to warm up and do the passing thmselves, until I am finished)

Tuesday: 7:45-9:00 pm (Highland Jr High)
Wednesday: 7:00-8:30pm (Discovery Park)
We will train Tuesday INSTEAD of Thursday this week due to field availability!
We will continue to work on keeping the ball using our midfield and encouraging our outside backs to get forward. I hear we need to work on finishing, but still need to fine tune a few things before we can get into that segment of our training. I am happy to hear we are at least creating some chances! That is always a positive.
Thank you all for your dedication to this team! Once they figure out the little details, they will be a great team. I heard great things from Karla when I spoke with her after the game. Please encourage the girls to continue to look over their "soccer bible". I want to ingrain these details in their minds, so it almost becomes second nature!
Look forward to seeing the girls tonight at training!
