Need Info for West Coast Tournament


Hi Everyone, 

I am still missing room info for some of you and confirmation you can attend.
Please let me know ASAP what your room preference is. I need to provide a list for the hotel today. See hotel/tourn info below.....

By Friday I need to get a rooming list from you of name and room type to send to the hotel for the August tournament.
The rooms are either QQ or K/Pullout, if you prefer a suite, their is an upgrade fee. See information below.....

GUESTROOM RATES:
Based upon Arizona Soccer Club’s total program requirements as outlined in this agreement, we will confirm the following net, non-commissionable guestroom rates for those attending your event.
  • Deluxe with K/Pullout - $89/$99 with 3 0r 4 people
  • Deluxe with Q/Q - $89/$99 with 3 0r 4 people
  • Jr. Suite with K/Pullout - $99/$109 with 3 or 4 people 
  • Jr. Suite with Q/Q -$99/$109 with 3 or 4 people
  • 1 Bedroom Suite - K/Pullout $99/$109 with 3 or 4 people(Triple/Quad)
  • One Bedroon SuiteSame as Suite
Rate are subject to a 11.065% tax
(Tax rates can change without notice)
  1. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. 
  2. Complimentary Amenities include; Breakfast Buffet, Parking, Fitness Studio, Wireless Internet, Two heated outdoor pools.
  3. Check in at 3:00pm / Check out 12 Noon
