AZSC is offering for our Fall 2012 youth soccer season special RETRO RATES!

Now that summer vacation is in full force we hope that you and your family are making wonderful family memories! We here at Arizona Soccer Club would like to send you a quick reminder that soccer registration for the Fall season ends in 4 weeks, Sunday July 22nd. Here's a simple check list to help you take a few to do's off your summer to do list:

Fall Season Dates: Sept 8 - Nov 3, 2012
Early Registration dates: April 25th - May 27th
Regular Registration dates: May 28th - July 21st

Bi-week - no games Sat Oct 13th
Mandatory Coaches Meeting: Tuesday August 21st
Coach Certification Class: Friday August 24th

Arizona Soccer Club is celebration our 10 year anniversay and to celebrate we are rolling back our prices to 10 years ago!
- U4 players: $60 per player, sibling discount $5.00
- U5-U14 players: $80 per player, sibling discount $5.00
Late Registration Dates: Monday July 23st - Sunday August 5th
U4 players: $80.00 per player
- U5-U14: $90.00 per player
Wait List Registration: Monday August 6th - Saturday Sept. 15th
- U4 - U14: $100.00 per player, no discounts

Coaches and Sibling Discounts: Coaching and Sibling discounts available! Sibling discounts will be automatically applied when registered during Early & Regular Registration periods ONLY, under a family account. Coaching discounts to be given out at the coaches’ pre-season meeting, ONLY.
All confirmed coaches will receive an email with meeting details.

- 9yrs old 2003 - U10 Bracket, (DOB 08/01/02 - 7/31/03) All boys or all girl teams U8-U14 NEW Age Bracket in Queen Creek
- 10yrs old 2002 - U11 Bracket, (DOB 08/01/01 - 7/31/02) All boys or all girl teams U8-U14
- 11 yrs olds - 13 yr olds, (DOB 08/01/98 - 07/31/01) - U12-U14 Junior High Division, All boys or all girl teams
**Note: U10 - U14 - All teams (Gilbert & Queen Creek) Games will be played at Discovery Park (Fall sessions) or Crossroads Park (Winter and Spring sessions) in Gilbert. See Field Maps on the AZSC HOME page for directions.
Registration fees include the following:
- Full Uniform (Jersey/shorts/socks)
- Referee Fees* (AZSC is proud to provide referees for ALL games/All age brackets! This is an AZSC Difference! )
- Player supplemental Insurance
- Team photo/Individual photo (A $12 Value! Another AZSC Difference!)
- Trophy or Medal
- Registration costs (labor and supplies)
- AZSC Equipment (field goals, paint, shade structure for each team- set up at field)
Where does AZSC play their games for the Fall Season?

Crossroads Park - Greenfield and Knox, between Warner and Ray Roads by Polar Ice, for ages U4-U14.
Where and when do the teams practice?
All team practice days, times and locations are determined by the team’s parent volunteer coach. Please know that AZSC’s Recreational program continues to grow each season and is always looking for additional parents to step up and coach their child’s team! It is a rewarding experience for both you and your child! Volunteer to coach!
How do I Register my player?
Register Online at www.arizonasoccerclub.com! Group all your soccer players into your household account and the sibling discount will automatically be applied to your registrations.
Now that I have registered my players, what happens next?
Once teams have been formed, all confirmed COACHES will attend a pre-season coaches meeting approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the season. Coaches will pick up their team uniforms, rosters, schedules and coach pack materials. Coaches will be asked to contact their players within 3-5 days to arrange practice times and locations.

What do I need for the season?
Shin guards are required for all players. These can be purchased at any sporting goods store. Soccer ball and Cleats are optional, but recommended. Please NO toe cleats/baseball.
Late Registration:
Cost: $90/per player**. No sibling discounts available. Does AZSC offer seasonal scholarships? Scholarship applications are available through the AZSC Office and online under the forms/links tab. All scholarships are confidential. Please contact info@arizonasoccerclub.com for more information. In addition, we offer a "field set up and tear down" program in exchange for some registration costs. All applications to be reviewed by the AZSC Board of Directors. Please email info@arizonasoccerclub.com for more information. AZSC will do their best to accommodate location, coach and friend requests, but they are NOT guaranteed.
Wait List Registration:

Refund Policy
Please remember that AZSC DOES NOT offer refunds. AZSC will do their best to accommodate location, coach and friend requests, but they are NOT guaranteed. Under special circumstances, AZSC will offer a credit for future seasons. Your request for a credit will be reviewed by the AZSC Board of Directors. Refunds may be granted for the following reasons ONLY: medical emergency, relocation from the area, transfer to a Thunder Academy team, or the Club’s inability to place a player on a team. Refunds will NOT be made for: the Club’s inability to satisfy a player’s special team/practice request, deciding not to play; or, cancellation of games due to inclement weather. Late fees will not be refunded and, in all cases, an administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
