Hello Team!
Great weekend of soccer for the girls this past weekend! It was good to see the girls struggle a little bit and then pull themselves out of it. I am sure they are all dead tired but we need to keep working on the little things! We have a big league game this weekend that we need to win.
This week we only have practice on Tueday at Highland Junior High from 730-900pm. We will continue working on final 3rd play and going to goal!
No practice tonight and remember we have the turkey cup on wednesday! Thursday you have the twilight movie so we need to get one day of practice in this week which will be on Tuesday. Randi will have your tickets at Tuesdays practice.
Here is the game schedule for the weekend...
Please arrive in Tuscon at 2:30 pm. Wear the away kit (Roy/Gold/Roy)!
I would really like the girls to ride together to Tuscon so if we can get a few volunteers to drive the girls up to get some quality time together to simulate Texas next weekend that would be great. Parents, you are more than welcome to meet us up there or follow us up to the game on Saturday! I think this will be good bonding time together!
After the game, we will have team dinner together and then head back Phoenix. We will plan on getting back to Phoenix around 8pm.

We need a few parents with large vehicles (3 to 4) to volunteer to drive our girls (18-20 girls pending on response) to Tucson. Please email me! First come first serve. Parents will not be driving their own player.....Hurt or not hurt we would like them ALL to ride together and use this as a bonding experience. We will have a team dinner after the game, so please send funds with your player for dinner/tip.
- Meet at Discovery Park for drop off between 11:45am to Noon.
- We will leave for Tucson NO LATER THAN NOON!
- If you can not make it there at noon, please work with other families to carpool or you will need to notify Coach Lindsey & Randi that you are making your own travel arrangements.
- We plan on arrivng back in Gilbert by 8:00pm for pick up at Discovery Park.
