Gilbert Days Parade & Donate Your Candy

Hello AZSC Families,

Arizona Soccer Club is participating in the Gilbert Day's Parade on Saturday November 17th.  Our soccer float will be rolling down the road with AZSC recreational and Thunder players and parents on it.  If you are interested in participating please contact gailroser@cox.net  and put in the Subject Line:  AZSC Gilbert Days Parade.  
 
We are looking for people to help decorate -  Every helpful & creative person who would like to help decorate, plan to be at the staging area by 7am. We have not been told yet which location will be our staging area but hopefully will know soon.  :) Gail will communicate to all volunteers where the staging area is when she is informed. 

Would you like to walk in the parade?  The parade route is about 1/2 mile long so it is great distance for even little legs.  Arrive at the staging area no later than 7:30am...we have not been told yet which location will be our staging area but hopefully will know soon.   :) Gail will communicate to all volunteers where the staging area is when she is informed. 

Do you have an abundance of left over Halloween candy you wish to donate?  AZSC is looking for new wrapped candy that we can distribute along the parade route.  If you wish to donate candy you are welcome to bring it by the AZSC office or the AZSC INFO tent on Saturday at the recreational games.  All donations are greatly appreciated!

Helpful Info.:

1. Send a water bottle with their child as it gets warm.  
2. The pickup area can be at the end of the parade route by the Gilbert School District office on Elliott and Gilbert or they can pickup at our original staging area.
